Alessia Fazio
As a psychotherapist, Alessia understands the strength that it takes for clients to begin their therapeutic journey, and so she aims to provide a safe space to explore one’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviours without judgement.

Alessia offers counselling through a person- centered approach, integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, a strengths-based approach, and mindfulness techniques.
Alessia provides therapeutic support to individuals (18+) who are experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, and stress-related challenges. She also works with clients who are struggling with motivation and would like assistance in discovering how to achieve their goals through self-
exploration, tailoring her approach to fit each client’s individual needs.

Alessia has a special interest in supporting individuals who are navigating relationship issues, difficult life transitions, or those looking to develop better coping strategies and emotional resilience.
